If your product is defective, damaged or part of a product is missing, you can comfortably return your product by placing a return request. We offer 10 business day (after invoice) return guarantee on all products you bought from our website.

If product return is raised for other than the above specified option, it will not be accepted. If you would like to return the product because of any damage issues at the time of delivery, then the photo of the damaged product should be sent first through email or whats app and if the return is accepted after verifying, you can send back our product. Again the product is checked at our place in-person by our QC team and the said damage is accepted, the return cost will be borne by Boncart, but if the said damage is not accepted by our QC team and if it is found as a fault from customer side then the shipping cost for both to and fro should be borne by you and that cost may include delivery, packing and QC expenses and it should be paid within 10 business days in order to return back your product. In case if you ask for refund that process will be done within 15 business days.



If you have received an item in a 'Damaged' or 'Defective' condition or product delivered is not the same that you ordered. You may request a replacement. Replacement will be accepted if the product is in stock and if the order has not been shipped within the time frame mentioned (This applies to food products). In such cases, you will receive a refund within 15 business days. In the case of compatibility issues time frame for replacing your product is within 15 days of delivery. After approving your return request the pick up of the product will be arranged. If the service is not available in your location, we will ask you to dispatch the product through courier and we will reimburse the courier charges.

Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. Before handing the product ensure that you have mentioned your Return ID and our Address on the package. 

We will try to replace the same product with same specification but if it ends in vain, our customer care executive will contact, to let you know the availability of the different specification product and its price. Once you paid the difference amount for the replacement product we may proceed your order as new and new invoice will be generated. Only one time exchange is possible for a single product.

If we unable to do replacement Your refund will be sent to your wallet, but if you insist for a refund it will be processed through your bank details within 15 business days after your intimation.



If you receive the confirmation mail from us regarding your refund request it is assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organizations for the same. Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you. If a gift wrapped product is returned or cancelled then the product cost alone will be refunded, the cost of the gift wrapper cannot be refunded. 

While returning the product ensure it has the same packaging and also you have attached all the invoice copies and all accessories, manuals, etc related to that product. If it is not returned with original packaging then the refund may vary product to product.

The refund may be given as a cheque in the name that user shared with boncart accounts. So the user should give proper name as in the bank account / statements. If You have done the payment through any visa, debit or credit cards refund will be done to that card through the payment gateway. Refund will be processed with a deduction of transaction charges and GST charges.

If you have paid using net banking or credit/debit card, your refund will be initiated with your bank shortly. Your bank may take 2-4 business days for net banking purchases and 3-5 business days for credit/debit card purchases to credit the refund amount to your account. Please note that if you paid through EMI on Credit card, this refund may cause a change in the terms of your EMI with your credit card issuer, and the issuer might levy a charge for this EMI cancellation. Please check with your credit card issuer on how your EMI may be affected but if you have paid through Gift Card, your Gift Card balances will be credited to your Boncart Account.
