Do I need to register to shop at Boncart?

Yes, we suggest you to create an account with us. The information you are providing will be saved, hence you don’t require you to enter your details every time you shop with us, it also helps us to track your order and keep you updated about offers, refunds. Registering at Boncart will enhance your shopping experience.

 

What should I do if I have trouble logging in?

Check your login details (Username and Password).

If you have forgotten your password, just click Forgot Your Password link which helps you to reset your password.

Your login may get delayed for few minutes if the site is under maintenance work.

 

Can I stop receiving more SMS and emails from Boncart?

If our e-mails bother you, just click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the e-mail you have received. Kindly share your reason for unsubscribing to serve you better in future.

 

ORDER STATUS

 How to place my order

Select the product you want to buy from the various catalog of products and click on the Add to Cart button (you can use this to purchase multiple products) or you can also click on Quick Buy and fill the Shipping and Billing and proceed to payment and confirm your order.


Can I add few more products in my order?

Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it. Unfortunately, you cannot add any more products to your order instead, you can place a new order. 


How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a mail regarding the list of items you have ordered with the expected delivery item. You will also receive a notification regarding shipping to track your order.

 

How to check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order at the MY ORDER page in My Account section. To view the real status of your order click on Track Order link.

 

What happens to my money for an unsuccessful order?

If your order is unsuccessful and the amount has been deducted from your account it will be deducted to your account within 24 hours.

If your payment is done through debit card, credit card or net banking for an unsuccessful order then we will try to refund within 10 business days, but it might get vary from bank to bank, so please ensure to check with your for more details.

 

How to change my delivery address details after placing an order?

To modify the delivery address for your order, please contact our customer support team. If the order has not yet been shipped then we will accept your request, but if the product is shipped, we will not be able to process your change of address request.

 

CANCELLATION & REPLACEMENT

 When can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before the status changes to order shipped. 

 

Can I cancel one/few products from my order?

No, Cancellation of one/few products is not possible only cancellation on whole order is possible.

I have requested a replacement, when will I receive it?

Once you raised the replacement request, you will receive a mail regarding the pick up time and the estimated delivery date. The promised delivery date may vary according to the customer’s location. In such cases feel free to contact us.

 

RETURN & REFUND

 

How to place a return request?

 

Do I need to return the free gift along with the product?

Yes, you have to return the free gift along with the product you have raised a return request for.

 

When will I receive the refund after the order is cancelled?

Once you receive the confirmation mail, regarding your refund request it is assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organizations for the same.  In case, your mode of refund is card/bank account, you will receive the refund within 4 business days. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.


Can I return part of my order?


Yes, you can return part of your order.

 

If I return a product on my own do I get back the courier charges?

No, we will not refund your courier charges. The return is done at your own risk and you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. 

Where should I return my product?

 

We will arrange for reverse pick up through our courier partner, before arranging the pickup for return we will update you the timing and date via email. You can also send the product to us to the below specified address

What should I do if I would like to retain the product after raising a return request?

You should write to us at support@boncart.com and we will cancel it from Boncart side.

 

Why I’m not getting a refund option?

It might be a refund disabled product where you are allowed to replace the product but not refund.

 

What if I didn’t receive the refund to my bank account?

Once you receive the confirmation mail for your refund request then it is assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organisations for the same.


PAYMENTS

 

How to pay in Boncart?

Boncart offers multiple payment modes such as

 

Boncart also accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards in India and 21 other countries. 

 

What is Cash on Delivery(COD)?

Boncart makes a convenient payment option through Cash On Delivery. CoD allows you to pay at your doorsteps at the actual time of delivery. CoD is not possible for all locations. Please ensure to check the pincode to avail the CoD option for your location.

 

Are there any hidden charges?

No there are no hidden charges, the price which reflects on the product page is final and that is what you exactly pay. Charges may differ for Cash on Delivery where the amount mentioned in the invoice should be considered.


What if my payment fails?

 

In case of a payment failure, please ensure that the provided information to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

 

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will normally be rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For more clarification write to us at info@boncart.com.


SHIPPING


What is the delivery charge?

Delivery charges vary according to our courier partners, they may incur higher shipping costs on low value items and as well as high value items based on the products weight and volumetric values. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. The delivery charge may be waived off for some customers, if you shop with us for a minimum predefined value.

 

Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

I was not home when the delivery person came. How can I get my order now?

Courier person will make 2 attempts to deliver your order. If you wish to receive the order at your preferred time and date, please inform the courier person when he gets in touch with you. 

 

If I didn’t receive the order within the delivery time, what should I do?

Please contact our customer support or write to us on support@boncart.com, we will provide you with better solution.

 

Can I order two products at two different delivery address?

Yes, but you have to place two separate orders to deliver at two different address.

 

Do Boncart ships internationally?

As of now, Boncart doesn't deliver items internationally.

You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.

 

STORE PICK UP


What is store pick up in boncart?

Store pick up in Boncart is that you can order a product through online and you can collect it in person by walking into our store. But the payment for the product should be done through online.

 

Do you charge for this service?

No, this service is completely free.

 

How will I be informed when my order is ready? 

Once your order is ready, we will inform you through SMS or Email. You can collect your order within 10 business days after informed. 

 

What if I can’t pick up my order within the specified time?

Your order will be cancelled by Boncart and the amount received will be sent back to your wallet. Incase if you want it back as cash, raise a request and we will process it with your bank details.

 

What documents is required to collect my order?

You are advised to carry your order number and a valid ID proof like Voter ID card, Pan Card, Aadhar Card, Passport etc, to collect your order. We suggest you to call our agent at the store before collecting the order.


BONCART WALLET


What is Boncart Wallet?

 

The wallet enables you to do ecommerce transaction and it also saves your promotional credit and refunds. You can select this Wallet as the mode of payment to place your order.

 

Will my wallet amount get expired?

 

Yes. Wallet balance is valid for 12 months from the date it is credited to your wallet but for gift cards stored in your wallet it will have their own validity period.

 

Can I transfer or en-cash my wallet balance?

 

No. The Wallet balance cannot be en-cashed or transferred to any other account.

 

How to use the Wallet amount?

 

At the time of payment, you can find your Wallet balance and you can use it for the transaction.

 

What happens on returning the product purchased using wallet?

 

The amount you redeemed from your wallet will be transferred back to your Wallet.


GIFTS

If I place an order as a gift will it contain a price tag or an invoice?

 

We understand the value of your gift, but attaching the price tag, invoice or any document which carries the pricing information will be useful to reach the right person at right time.

 

Can I pay through CoD for a gift order?

 

No, but except CoD you can use any payment mode for a gift order.

 

Is gift wrap charges refundable?

 

No, we won’t be able to refund the gift wrap charges.

 

Who can return the gift product?

 

Return request for the gift product can be raised either by sender or receiver, it is applicable for both.

What kind of products are serviced?

 

List of products which can be serviced are UPS, Scanner, LED TV, Desktop, Laptop, Mother Board, SMBS, Data back up, Tablet, TV Tuner, Printer, Speaker, Projector, Monitor, Modem, Router, Laptop screen change and Data recovery. If you like to enquire about any particular product you can contact our service team at support@boncart.com

 

What all accessories can be serviced?

 

Adapter, Key board, Mouse, Media Pointer, Pendrive, External Hard disk, Data card, Head phones, Graphic Card, Add On Card, Switches, Wired and Wireless Networking systems and RF Tower.

 

Who will do Service?

 

Services can be done by Boncart or through Bontech Computers which is Boncart’s sister concern, Vendor, Manufacturer or through authorized service centre.

 

Is Credit available for service?

 

No, you can't avail credit for service.

 

How long will it take to claim warranty for a product?

 

Time duration to claim warranty varies from product to product, initial average time fixed is 60 working days.

 

Is service available for product bought through online?

 

Yes, but please check the pin code for service availability in your area before you raise a request.

 

Does checking the product’s working condition charges when bought for service?

 

Yes, minimal inspection charge is collected.

 

What is the document provided for the product given for service?

 

We will provide you with acknowledgement slip or will write to you in mail about what all products you have given, what is the issue and time duration for delivery. 

 

Can you do installation at customer place for the product through online? Will it cover any charges?

 

Yes, we do installation for products brought through online, but it is limited for minimal pincodes. The supported peripherals should be ready at the time of installation. Otherwise additional charges will be added based on the delay. If customer is not available on appointment time, then additional charge is done for the postponed visit, waiting charge is also applicable for customers delay.

 

Is warranty available for Service?

 

No, warranty is not available.

 

Is standby product available until the product has been serviced and do we need to pay for that?

 

Yes, standby product is provided according to the management's decision with minimum charges based on the pincode. 

How to contact or raise a request for a product has to be serviced?

 

You can contact our support team to book a service and once the service is booked and the amount is paid through online. Our support team will visit at the specified time.

 

 

Is AMC and ASC available if so how many times a service is done?

 

You have to purchase AMC and ASC packs like purchasing a product. Packages vary with time duration and based on the time duration you select, no of service time is also varied.

 

Can we cancel AMC and ASC?

 

No, AMC and ASC once purchased cannot be cancelled.

 

Is Demo available?

 

Yes, Off-site customers can have a demo with the available products at our store, whereas Online customers should make an advance payment through online and then you can have a demo at our store.

 

What to do if I face a same issue even after the service is done?

 

The same issue can be revealed at free of cost.

 

What all product is covered under AMC and ASC?

 

You can avail AMC and ASC for Desktop, Laptop, Monitor, Printer, Projector and Security Products.

 

What is AMC?

 

AMC is described as Annual Maintenance Contract this includes the maintenance of the system. Under this contract replacement of parts and service is done at free of cost. We will provide Preventive Maintenance as per our contract, if you need more than that extra charge is applicable.  

 

What is ASC?

 

ASC is described as Annual Service Contract under this agreement service is done at free of cost, but it costs for replacement of parts.
